Christina Saint-Pierre Desautell, Owner and Founder of Operation Fearless, began this company with the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to be equipped to be financially literate to live life fearlessly, when given the right tools to succeed. Christina is a proud Haitian-American, born and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida. She is the middle sister of three girls. Her parents, Freker and Velante Saint-Pierre, immigrated to the United States from Haiti with the hope of a better future for their family, the American Dream. Growing-up, Christina was taught to never give-up on her hopes or dreams and she was brought up with a strong faith in Jesus Christ that has carried over to her adult life as well.

Her passion to serve in the community, and educate those from all different backgrounds, no matter their socioeconomic status, to reach their fullest potential, began first with the fearless sacrifices of her parents and the generations before her.

In 2012, Christina became the first person in her family to attend college. This was a great milestone in her life, but mentally she wasn't prepared for the number of fears that would tempt her to doubt her dreams and goals. The fears stemmed from the unknown, so, as a freshman in college, she decided to no longer live life by fear, but to live by the Christian faith that has grounded her all her life, deciding, she would no longer allow fear to have control and Christina immediately began equipping herself with the financial literacy knowledge that aren’t taught in the traditional school system, but are necessary in life. Through her years of personal and professional life experience, passion for teaching others what she has learned, and organizational and analytical skills, Christina began Operation Fearless in hopes of educating others in what she wished she knew when she started her career.

Christina graduated at the top of her class from Eastern Nazarene College, a private four-year institution, with two undergraduate degrees in 2016 and a Masters Degree in 2018. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Marketing, a Bachelors of Arts in Communication Arts, a Masters of Science in Business Management, and a PHD in life lessons, all with zero debt! She is married to her college sweetheart, Douglas Desautell, and they both reside in Palm Beach County, Florida with their two daughters and son.
